Energy Types
While no two Human Designs are exactly alike, each individual embodies one of five main Energy Types: Generator, Manifesting Generator, Projector, Manifestor, or Reflector.
Understanding your Energy Type is the first step in understanding your design.
According to Ra Uru Hu, the founder of Human Design, if your Human Design exploration begins and ends only knowing your Energy Type it can still align the whole trajectory of your life.
You will need your birth date/time/location to create your free Human Design chart (called a bodygraph) and discover your energy type.
