Projectors make up approximately 20% of the population
Skye is a natural guide with an innate ability to see things in a way other people can’t.
meet a projector
Their energy penetrates like a flashlight into the dark as they read people, devise systems, tweak existing systems, and design new ways of doing things. While the rest of the world is stampeding chaotically across the field, Skye is perched on the tree branch taking it all in, analyzing the movements, detecting the patterns. Their insight is vital to the health and efficiency of the community, but it must be recognized and invited in.
self-recognition and waiting for the invitation
Skye doesn’t have the raw energy that Generator Evan and Manifesting Generator Maria do. Skye needs space for rest and reflection to first absorb all that they are seeing in the world, analyze it, and then transmute it into wisdom and guidance for the community. The more Skye recognizes and values their singular perspective, the more magnetic they become to others. When others recognize and invite Skye’s perspective EVERYONE succeeds and is better for it.
Bitterness and the constant need to keep up
Unfortunately, the world we live in often praises busyness above all else. Skye is highly perceptive; as a young child they looked around and assumed that in order to be loved and valued they would need to keep up with the grind while proving their brilliance and competence to the world. Because they were pushing themselves too hard and always offering unsolicited advice rather than waiting to be recognized and invited, they often weren’t appreciated for their true contributions. When they were poorly received over and over it eventually ignited a bitterness that began to permeate every aspect of their life. This bitterness led to confusion, crippling self-doubt, and exhaustion.
Deconditioning
Skye embarked on the journey of returning to their true self and innate guidance system and slowed down. They began deeply immersing themselves in what truly fascinated them. They began to recognize and honor their own gifts. They honored the fact that what they do and see effortlessly is special and no one else has exactly their perspective.
Success: the projector’s true north
The more Skye recognized themself, the more they were recognized by others. And that recognition led to invitations to share their unique perspective, which led to external success and deep satisfaction for Skye. External success is an indication that Skye is sharing what they are meant to share...that their truest contribution is not in doing things that require great effort, but in offering guidance to those who invite their priceless perspective.
