His energy is uplifting, generous, and magnetic. His juicy, open energy attracts endless people and opportunities. He’s a hustler and a doer--almost always busy with something or someone. Because of his magnetism and energy, people often assume his supply is endless, but it is not. He is often the first call when there is a need for help or companionship...this is both beautiful and problematic for him.
Gut Response
Just as turning a crank on an actual generator creates electricity, the strong, visceral YES from Evan’s gut creates his incredible energy. Without that guttural YES—and genuinely feeling lit-up—there is no real energy created for him to share. He has to dip into his reserves, and eventually can find himself burning out and running on fumes.
Burnout and frustration
Because his energy is so often sought after, early in his life Evan began believing that his lovability and worth rested in his ability to put everyone else’s desires and well-being before his own. That making others happy was his purpose in life. This became unsustainable and eventually led his burn-out, exhaustion, profound frustration and dissatisfaction with life.
deconditioning
Evan embarked on the journey of returning to his true self and innate guidance system. He reconnected to his senses, most importantly his gut. He learned that if it’s not a “HELL, YES!” it’s a “HELL, NO!” He began using joy as his compass. He felt visceral satisfaction during the day as he moved through life sustainably building his community, aligned with his desires, and lit-up every step of the way.

He now sleeps like a rock every night, and wakes up the next day full of boundless energy ready to do it all again, knowing that being in his true joy is the greatest gift he can give others.
