I”m a 2/4 emotional generator

I love using my natural empathy and intuition as a human design guide.  I am a mother, artist, and the co-founder of a wellness practice in Portland, OR called Veda Collective.  I'm passionate about the body positive movement.  I love getting my hands dirty in the garden and doing big, messy abstract paintings.

I'm the creator of VisionMaker experiences, a Luminous Wild coach, and love facilitating both individuals and groups.  I have been a licensed Massage and Sound Therapist since 1999.  I'm an INFJ, mostly Kapha with a little dash of Vata.  

I had my full-blown quarter life crisis about 10 years ago as a very anxious, very earnest 25 yr. old, and dug deep into my own transformation and healing.  My passion is helping people explore the luminous wild of their souls as a part to freedom, possibility and LOVE.
